"Bob" is a nice sized gelding that raced a long time on the New York tracks. His last race was this past April at Belmont. Bob was purchased by his trainer after finding out that in September he was found in an auction yard in New Jersey. We eagerly agreed to take Bob for him, and Bob has flourished while with us. His weight has doubled, his feet are stronger, and he enjoys the company of horses again. Currently, he lives in a turnout shed with two other geldings. He is an easy keeper and is up to date on vaccines, teeth and feet. Bob was vetted last month and does have a bone chip in his left knee. BLAZING MOON
"Blaze" is a nice gelding that is looking for a special home. He had a cannon bone fracture that was literally screwed back together. After a year he only has two screws that are a permanent part of his ankle. Blaze has no lameness issues, although there is absolutely no jumping in his future. He is currently gaining weight, is turned out with others, and is social with horses and people. He's easy to handle and groom. Blaze is a really cool looking gelding with a personality to match! SMOOTH WIND
"Smoothie" is the George Clooney of the barn. You can look at him all day; a very attractive horse. He is a little on the small side but screams hunter! Before the weather turned horrible, Smooth was being lunged and ridden. He is very green and has a great deal to learn, but he is gonna' be a nice hunter or super scopey jumper. MY BIG JEWEL
"Jewely", who is a bit of a chunky monkey at the moment, is currently recovering from a bowed tendon and needs additional time to heal. But she has been started on limited individual turnout in a small ring. She has excellent stall manners and no vices. Jewely loves--absolutely loves--people and peppermints. It's a toss-up as to which she likes more! She is a great mare who's made a special bond with everyone in the barn. Julie will likely be a very promising dressage prospect once cleared for work. POWERFUL CONCHO ("Carlos")
Carlos is an excellent gelding who is smart and willing, but is only for the experienced rider. He does not do well with riders who have very heavy hands. He prefers a rider that speaks to him through leg and seat. Carlos cribs but never wears a collar. He is easy to work with and has fantastic ground manners. No limitations. REBA
Reba is not only gorgeous, but is an extremely nice mare; very well behaved. She's a little on the reserved side but is such a polite lady! Reba is recovering from an abscess in her front left foot and is currently growing her foot out. We'll begin working with her when she's healed. Reba will be a nice mare for any age rider! POLISH RASCAL
Mister was purchased to be a race horse, but the owner never had the finances to send him. He lunges and is easy to handle by an experienced person. He has a few tricks up his sleeve but overall could be an excellent project horse for someone. Mister has no vices or soundness issues! TOOGOODTOBEADEVIL ("Rose")

HOOCHIE MAMA
A "schoolmaster" for ground work and manners, this is a great mare to learn from. Easy to handle, care for and feed. No vices other then she has made it very clear that riding is not something she will tolerate. Dominant mare but not sneaky. Keeps everyone in line! RAZZBERRY ROSE "Rita"
Rita is a cute mare with lots of personality. She has started working on the lunge and accepts side reins and snaffle bit. She's definitely ready for more regular work; shows willingness to learn. She does have a knee chip that did not need to be removed so jumping is out of the question for her future. Rita has nice stall manners and is good out with other mares.
